What is ICC?

ICC: every participant equipped with growing skills for spiritual vitality, multi-cultural sensitivity, and relational maturity.

Knowing how to build and sustain healthy relationships is paramount to success in any multi-cultural global team organization. ICC, an interactive course, will give you opportunities to:

  • deepen your personal relationship with the Lord
  • further your interpersonal skills
  • interact with experienced missionaries
  • participate in small group discussions and activities
  • understand differing world views
  • acquire tools for multi-cultural team ministry, language learning and conflict resolution

The ICC staff is eager to help prepare you for success in your future ministries.  To that end, ICC staff will support and encourage you in your strengths and give input for areas of specific growth (see curriculum). At the end of the course the staff will assess your readiness for service in multi-cultural teams at home or abroad.  This assessment of readiness will be discussed with you and sent to the appropriate administrator of your mission agency.
